Armando Cassano Hair Salon Expands With Addition of Day Spa in Historic Dedham Square
DEDHAM, MA. - Armando Cassano and his team of stylists love to make things more beautiful. Not just hair, but also Dedham Square.  As Cassano shares, “We love what’s happening in Dedham Square – and we’re proud to be part of expanding on the vision.”

Owner and Hairstylist Cassano has expanded his existing hair salon business into the adjoining retail space, which was once occupied by Dolabany’s Jewelers. Cassano’s thriving hair studio has been serving clients for eight years, with a focus on customer care and pushing the limits of creative styling that has made the studio a destination for preparing for wedding and special events. Hair styling services include: shampoo & styling, curly hair to straight/flat iron, children (under 12), updo's/formal styling, pre-bridal consults and bride's designs.  A wide array of advanced colorizing and texturizing services has also become a well-known specialty of the Cassano Salon.

With the two-thousand square foot expansion, the Armando Cassano Hair Studio & Day Spa services will now include facials, body wraps, massages, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and “Facial of the Month” and “Facial for Every Season” such as pumpkin peels and seaweed wraps. 

Cassano explains, “We’ve designed the new spa with a classic, chic, clean look for a relaxing atmosphere that is an instant breath of fresh air. We want to be one of the anchors of Dedham Square so we put the best of what we have into this venture.”  After two months of planning and construction, the new Armando Cassano Hair Studio and Day Spa, located at 367 Washington Street, will open by year’s end.

Armando Cassano emigrated from Italy when he was eighteen years old and is a resident of Dedham where he lives with his wife and young son.  He studied his craft in Italy and brought his European flair to the states. Styling hair for sixteen years, six years in his own studio, Armando continually keeps up with the latest looks, style and fashion by attending lifestyle conferences around the world. Well-known for creativity, cutting and coloring, the entire staff’s heart-felt one-on-one relationships with clientele may well be the secret of the salon’s growing success. “We are pleased to be expanding our talented staff – and will continue to look for people who share our passion for customer care and community,” Cassano adds.
