Have you been wondering what's going on with all the construction at the back of Cafe Video Paradiso? It's unofficially called, "The Studio in the Square". Teja Arboleda's company, Entertaining Diversity, Inc. is expanding! Teja, Voicewize's Barbara Arboleda and Creative Adventures' Marianne Ryan have teamed up to create the Square's biggest arts-based programming for kids to adults. The umbrella name, which you've seen for the past three years, Discover Music & Art, will offer visual and performing arts programming in their two locations 597 High St. and 565 High St. Teja's new space will be part television and graphics production office, part computer-based arts classroom, and part large arts studio. Everything from sculpting to painting, photography and video classes will take place there, for kids to adults. As always, Barbara and Marianne's programs will offer music, voice and instrument lessons to acting for kids and adults. The trio will host an Open House event in late August (date TBD) before classes begin mid-September. Best wishes to Teja, Barbara and Marianne on their new venture! | ||
